Confidentiality & Security
At Athena Forensics our client’s confidentiality is of the utmost importance. All correspondence is treated with discretion, from initial contact to the conclusion of an investigation.
We are fully aware of the significance and importance of the information that we encounter. Our staff are all security cleared and we offer non-disclosure agreements if required. Our premises along with our security procedures have been inspected by law enforcement agencies.
We do not disclose personnel information to other companies or suppliers.
All of our client’s documents and data is stored securely and our premises and facilities conform to ACPO (Association of Chief Police Officers) guidelines including 24-hour security. Upon completion of an investigation all data is securely destroyed.

ISO 9001 is a standard demonstrating that procedures are in place to ensure adherence to regularly updated and maintained quality processes. This quality management process ensures that all work produced undergoes a number of thorough quality checks.

Athena Forensics' "Sweet & Maxwell Expert Witness Checked" status requires strict vetting of witnesses approved by at least two independent professional referees (solicitors/barristers) verifying both the quality of written evidence and presentation skills in front of the court.
